When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped during business days, Monday- Friday from our New York warehouse.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all states within the continental United States.
How much is shipping?
Orders above $250 include free shipping! Order below the threshold will be calculated during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
When will I receive my order?
Your package should arrive in 7-10 business days, but please allow some extra time during the holiday season. We will communicate as your shipments go out.
Can I return my order?
If your order arrived incorrect and is unconsumed and unopened, we will work with you to get a replacement or refund. Just let us know within (7) days from when you receive the product.

What if my order was damaged?
We pack each order with care but we cannot control how your package is handled once it leaves our warehouse. We are committed to customer service; if your order is damaged or lost in transit, please let us know so can set things right.
