Produced using the same meticulous winemaking techniques as Dr. Loosen's acclaimed Rieslings, the base wine is traditionally fermented in stainless steel before undergoing a gentle vacuum distillation process that removes the alcohol while preserving the wine's delicate aromas and fresh, lively character. Fine bubbles are added after dealcoholization, creating a refreshing sparkling wine that is unmistakably Mosel Riesling.

The Mosel Valley is famous for producing some of the world's finest Rieslings, celebrated for their vibrant acidity, expressive fruit, and unmistakable wet slate minerality.

Bright aromas of ripe peach, citrus blossom, and green apple are complemented by hints of honeydew melon, fresh-baked brioche, and a touch of classic Mosel minerality.
